STEPS 1-4 is how to successfully migrate tenants on PC

Step 1:

Copy and paste the following PowerShell scripts on the customers computer. You'll need to RDP into the LRCC server and open up the file on the desktop called "Owen Dyopath Scripts"

Step 2:

On the customers computer first run the script called "Start" and run it as admin. Afterwards run the file called "script." You'll need to right-click on the file and click "run in PowerShell." You may see some red texts and error messages but those are normal to see. The window of powershells scripts will disappear once they are completed.

Step 3:

Open up OneDrive and sign in with their @linvilleridge.com email. For the password, enter in "Highway105!" it will then prompt to make your account secure and then get MFA set up. Proceed with the MFA setup. Afterwards it will prompt for a password change. It will ask for the following:
1) Current Password: "Highway105!"
2) New password
3) Confirm password

Afterwards, OneDrive will move on and would start the backup.

Step 4:

Open up Outlook Classic. It should populate the correct email and would go through SSO. Afterwards, proceed with going through the other Microsoft platforms to get them signed in.

Migrating tenants on mobile devices. It's important to note that we've seen iPhone's work better than Android. Further down the KB is troubleshooting steps on how to get Android devices to work if they don't first time.

Step 1: The customer will need the following mobile apps if they don't have it already:

Outlook mobile
Microsoft Edge

On the outlook mobile app go to the following:
Hit the gear icon on the very bottom left-hand corner

Click "accounts"

Select the email in question. Most likely it will be they're @linvilleridge.com email. It could also be their old lutgert email.

Click "remove account"

Step 2:
Next open up the Microsoft Edge app. Click the profile icon on the top left corner

Step 3:
Select the profile in question
Then click on the profile and remove the account and turn off sync.

Step 4:
Search on the Edge browser "edge://signin-internals" and click on Remove All Accounts

Step 5: Open up the Outlook mobile app and attempt to sign in with their @linvilleridge.com email. If done correctly, it should auto populate to a new screen to show they're @linvillleridge email over their old lutgert email. We've seen a handful of cases where iPhones work better with these steps over Android. Here are some extra steps for Android:

Go to Android settings < Account < Clear out Linville Ridge and Lutgert accounts

Delete anything and everything Microsoft app related. Another alternative is to go into each individual app. From that go to:

Settings < Apps < Microsoft App < Storage < Clear Cache

If you go down the route of deleting all the Microsoft apps, first install the authenticator app and run through MFA first. Then go to Outlook Mobile.
