Troubleshooting:
Called CYMA tech to do the server install side and show/provide client workstation update information.
Resolution:
Verified that customer can run CYMA, has the same permissions as before, and can perform everything the same as they did before.

CYMA Actain v15 update performed on 07/20/2026 by Hana Howard – Bonnie has another desktop in another location. Will call when she is at that location to get update installed.

- Close all CYMA applications
- Uninstall Actain v12
- Run Client Install
- Run Patch Install
- Reboot Computer
Verified that customer can run CYMA, has the same permissions as before, and can perform everything the same as they did before.
